Taking the first step towards therapy can feel uncertain. You may not know exactly what you need or which type of sessions would suit you best. That is precisely what this conversation is for.
In our free consultation, we will listen to what brings you here, give you a sense of how we work, and together explore whether individual, couple, family, parent, or group sessions might be the right starting point for you. There is no pressure and no commitment. It is simply a conversation to see if we are a good fit.

We work together to understand not just what is happening in your life, but how it is happening; the ways you relate to yourself and others, the stories you tell about who you are, and the patterns that may have made sense once but no longer serve you. We are interested in the whole picture: the present moment and the history that quietly shapes it. We do not see you in isolation. We are curious about the relationships, contexts, and systems you are part of (e.g., family, culture, work, history) and how these shape your inner world.
In our sessions, we can work with:
Anxiety and stress
Depression and low mood
Relationship difficulties
Life transitions and identity
Self-worth and confidence
Emotional regulation
Sessions are available in English and Greek, online or in person at our Rotterdam West practice.

Couple counseling is an invitation to look at them together, with fresh eyes and without blame.
We work in the here and now, with what unfolds between you in the room, while also exploring how each partner’s history, family patterns, and personal narratives shape the way they show up in the relationship. Understanding where your patterns come from does not excuse them, but it can make them feel less like walls and more like doors.
The relationship itself is at the centre. We are not on anyone’s side; we are curious about what happens between you.
We can help with recurring conflict and communication breakdowns, feelings of disconnection or loneliness within the relationship, rebuilding trust after a rupture, and navigating major life transitions together.
Couples counselling is available in English and Greek, in person in Rotterdam or online.

In parent counseling sessions, we aim to help you navigate your parental role and to develop a deeper understanding of the relational dynamics between you and your child.
Unlike family counseling, parent counseling focuses on you. It is a dedicated space to slow down, step back, and look at your own experience: your triggers, your doubts, your hopes, and the patterns you may not even realize you are repeating.
We can support you through feelings of frustration, guilt, or inadequacy; uncertainty about boundaries and consistency; the impact of your own childhood on how you parent today; and transitions that ask something new of you as a parent.

In family sessions, we work with the family as a whole. We look at the relationships between people, not just the individuals within them. Together, we explore how patterns formed in the past continue to shape the way family members communicate, connect, and sometimes hurt one another in the present. By bringing these dynamics into the room, we create space to understand them differently and to try something new.
Our approach is curious rather than judgmental. We are not looking for who is to blame. Instead, we are interested in how each person’s experience makes sense within the family story, and how that story might be told in a new way.
Family counseling can help with conflict and communication difficulties, life transitions such as separation, loss, or a new family structure, and moments where distance has grown between family members who want to reconnect.
Family counselling sessions are available in English and Greek, in person in Rotterdam or online, with two therapists.

There is something uniquely powerful about being witnessed by others who understand; the group becomes a small world in which each person’s patterns and ways of relating come alive in real time. How you show up in the group often reflects how you show up in your life. Noticing that, together, opens possibilities that are hard to reach alone.
Group sessions offer something distinct: the relief of realizing others carry similar struggles, a safe space to try new ways of connecting and expressing yourself in the moment, and the richness of multiple perspectives that go beyond what one-to-one therapy can provide.
Practical details:
Each group consists of up to seven participants maximum in an open group format, facilitated by two therapists. Sessions take place in person at our Rotterdam West office, twice a month, on a fixed day and time. The group is open, meaning when a place becomes available, a new participant is welcome to join. If the group is currently full, you can be added to the waiting list.
